Boston: Our Plan

While we’ve successfully supported clients with US-based recruitment needs for some time now, we’ve always done so from our European offices. Establishing a physical presence in the US will enable us to better support existing and new clients.

Leveraging our incredible success in Europe, where we’ve trained and developed hundreds of successful recruiters over the last few years, this next phase of our growth will be led by Henry Brodie, a highly successful consultant and recruitment trainer.

Why I Joined NonStop

When I graduated from university I was actively looking for a chance to join the recruitment industry and after interviewing with several companies I thought that NonStop was the only company that could offer everything I wanted: a chance to work abroad, career development, great training, high rewards and a community that really welcomed newcomers with open arms. For me it was a no-brainer and I haven’t looked back since.

My NonStop Story

I’ve been with NonStop since early 2010 so I’ve seen the company go through a lot of changes and move from strength to strength. I started the same way as most people and joined as a resourcer after graduating from university and worked my way through the training program, becoming one of the first pair of Team Leaders in the Czech Republic after only 18 months within the company. After several years in this position, and after having developed several team leaders myself, I eventually moved into a training role and then progressed to the Head of Training and Development.

Now I’ve been offered the chance to lead the opening of the Boston office which has been a dream of mine since my early days of NonStop!

My Role Now

It’s changing a lot, but then it has done that a few times! One of things I’ve loved about being here is that I’m constantly challenged, constantly trying new things and developing myself. My focus now is to get back in to recruitment and start building the US market. It’s a huge opportunity!

My Vision for Boston

We’re working on becoming common name in the Boston staffing market both with our clients and an an employer of choice. We will be looking hire extensively for our team here to build upon our success in Europe and to complete our offerings to clients by representing more and more niche’s within the life science sector.

Boston is going to be NonStop’s flagship office with a great culture and the company’s highest earners. I’m looking for the top talent on the market who are really going to help drive the growth of the office.
